In a distant galaxy...

Many different kinds of people lived together, traveling between the stars. Whenever a problem occurred, no matter how small, the people contacted the charitable organization known simply as the“Justice Department” to ask for assistance.

One night, under the light of the full moon, data regarding something called “Boratol” was stolen from a Justice Department research laboratory. It soon became evident that a man by the name of Professor Xeal was involved in this criminal act. Wolfemann, the head of the Justice Department, and Dr. Ein, its chief scientist, discussed the incident and decided that a new team of the Department’s most trusted agents would head up the investigation.

The two men also decided that if the situation should worsen, they would be forced to summon a certain special agent by the name of Cheerful White, one of the Bombermen who defend peace in the universe!
