hmmm looks interesting, maybe just more people in the story, wouldnt say everyone, cause u can apparently marry certain boss monsters

From that it's possible everyone is a boss monster. If you look at screenshots the girl appears after monster is defeated. She was revealed before but not as a person who was turned form a monster.

Not everyone is a monster.
The player characters aren't, for starters. And neither are the bachelor and bachelorette officially revealed on the game's site (the manservant and the lutenist; I forget their names).
There'll probably just end up being two of each.

It seems you can now assemble a small party of allies (or two, at least) rather than just the one. They seem to have kept the festival competition music from Rune Factory 3, too, which is good; I really liked that piece.
Also, I was right! That music was boss battle music.

It's got a lot of new screenshots on it (although most of those don't really give any new info).
