Because some people don't mind abusing other people's space, sadly.

Indeed we are all working hard to stop the spam posts, users can help by reporting such posts :)

So for european user (PS3), we will get Ex Kyo before Ex Iori??
i'm sure SNK may release a package including all dlc soon after Mr Karate reach PSN x_x

According to the most recent information I have, EU PS3 gamers will get Kyo on the same day as Iori.

Thank Torisu for the update ;)

Conclusion: Will never and ever again buy a PS3 European game from SNK...
pretty sure there is no "compensation" for waiting 1 month

...

Why won't you buy from Europe ever again?

Atlus had to change their release date for NESTS Kyo on PS3 in NA to 10/1/2012 "due to a technical error."

http://www.atlus.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9865

Our release date for NESTS Kyo on PS3 in the EU is, to the best of my knowledge, 4/1/2012, 6 days before.

As I mentioned before, these dates are subject to change.

The thing is there's no real support for KOF13 by Rising Star like Atlus is giving for the game such as giving people info that a patch is coming to improve the netcode, delay on characters it would be nice to see a press release or something to let people know whats happening with dlc and patches etc, because to find this sort of info you have to come here in the forums, most Europeans don't know whats going on with dlc and theres no sites able to report that there is a delay or when now the dlc is going to come out due to this information is not posted openly to let people know. I mean you guys have got a blog, you use it to post this kind of information.

I just want this game to do well im a KOF fan, I just don't want to see interest of the game being killed, i know it sony's fault in the first place the dlc is delayed.

Also Torisu, last weeks psn update sony posted that the kof13 theme should be up for sale on the store however its not on the psn store, sony seems to like scewing around with this game.

True, sony europe is in mine opinion the worst when looking at the PSN.
In comparison to other regions, europe looks so borring, has fewer to offer and always walks behind the latest facts. But never, never could i have imagine they would do this to a franchise like KOF!

To Torisu, Oricon makes points.
Ever since my stay on the RSG forum, i never really felt the 'minute to minute update' feeling as seen by Atlus. They really give every information about KOF 13 avaiable to the public. I miss this at RSG. I feel like the consumers have to squeeze every info out of ya guys. It sadly does not come by itself. The game just feels isolated in europe.

RSG has a different approach than Atlus's - RSG is wary about publicising release dates that we are pretty sure will change. You and oricon are criticising us for this approach - but others will criticise us for changing the release dates. We will continue to err on the side of caution.

Yes, i understand the fact different organisation, different approaches. That is why healty competitions are created. Not a bad word to that.

Last time you posted a quote, where you was wondering if there where points for improvements. With mine critisim i do not mean negative, but simply want to say: Why not make the difference? :3

KOF europe is a small community. I could go bigger if attention is been giving by a publisher such as urself. :)

Sorry, but hang on a mo: we didn't have that information about the netcode patch before we left the office yesterday at 6pm that Atlus would post later on at 10pm (UK time). You're criticising us for something that we had no oppportunity to read, understand, discuss with SNK and then make public.

I always want to hear suggestions for improvements*.

But I honestly don't see any value in telling you a release date that I know will change.

If I said to you, "[something] will be released on 1/1/2012", and later, "sorry, it won't be 1/1/2012, it will be 8/12/2012", and still later, "it won't be 8/12/2012 but 15/12/2012", you're not going to be happy with that, are you?

I agree that we should improve communications about things being released imminently, such as the DLC on Xbox LIVE today.

----
* and you'll have seen I occasionally say my comments are meant with respect, where I think they might otherwise appear brusque or rude. I genuinely mean this.
