since Microsoft is being extremely stupid and stubborn, i think this will be awesome if you bring us Mushihimesama HD. I did played the original one on PS2 on a normal CRT television, but it look ugly on a LCD television.

Yeah, this is my suggestion, another CAVE shmup please ^u^

Are you referring to the title on the xbox360 in Japan? If so that game is region free hence why it never got a NA EU release.

No exactly, Dragonps. He is refering to the original Mushihimesama (Futari being a "sequel"). The game was originally ported from the arcade to the PS2, but now, there is a XBox 360 version, with several modes, including the PS2 bonus ones. ;)
This game will not be region-free, so this is why it could be included in the group of RSG-published Cave Shoot'em ups.

Moreover, the first print of the game will include a DLC code for the 1.5 version which was only recently released in PCB form at a Cave Matsuri event. I had the opportunity to play it -A Paris Game Center had it for a few months- and it is really good, it removes some slightly cumbersome elements of the original game such as the 'skyrocket' for a more enjoyable experience. If the game ever happens to be released in Europe, I think it would be best to allow everyone to get access to this mode. If it can not be bundled with the disc, at the very least publish it in regular DLC form instead of this -in my opinion- outrageous way of forcing pre-orders.

Me too!!! It would be great if RSG decided to publish this game in the EU, as it has been said, the sequel is region free and I was able to import it, so now I want to play the original rearranged in HD!!!

I hope some more Cave Shump lovers support this petition, as it would be great to have this game announced in the near future :)

Thanks!

PS. In the meantime, can't wait for Akai Katana hehe

I just picked up Akai Katana to go along with my imported copy of DDP Resurrection. Great job on the port RSG!

Please consider bringing over Mushihimesama HD next (along with ver 1.5). I think that has the potential to be an even bigger success than DDP:R and AK.

I also just picked up Akai Katana in the U.S., great game! And I imported 5 copies of the EU version of DDP:R (trying to support RSG on these releases). Would LOVE to see Mushi HD released for EU and/or N.A., I agree that this game should sell very well if localized!
