Seto may be the last human alive, he buried his grandfather at the end of the summer, and now that he is desperately lonely, he decides to search for other survivors on this ruined and dying planet.
He finds his old flashlight, and finds a letter from his dead grandfather whit a strange blue crystal next to it, than he meets a demon/ghost that says that he´s meant for something special.

Then he goes on a journey to find more people on the plant, not long in he´s journey he finds a silver hair girl who is sitting and staring at the moon, she sings about how big and beautiful the moon is, but when she sees seto she falls and faints, and just as seto is about to touch her she wakes up and runs away, before seto get to say anything she´s gone, seto follows her, finally he know that there are other people than himself.
Now he´s on a journey to find the silver hair girl, and find out the mystery of mankind´s disappearance.

Fragile Dream is an action adventure game that puts you in the role of a young boy named seto, the game is an combination of rpg and action adventure, you fight ghosts and demons with a large collection of weapons, you get weapons like bamboo sticks and boomerangs and many more, the game starts with you only having a flashlight, which you have out true the entire game, later in the game you get defect kinds of flashlights, some that can see hidden text and more.
The rpg elements in the game are things like leveling up as you kill enemies, and when you get new levels you become stronger and deal more damage, there is also an inventory that is a little like tetris, there you only have room for things that can fit In the bag the right way, that means that when you find an item, the item well have a shape that only can fit if you have your bag space in the right way.
There are checkpoints in the game where you can save your progress or buy new items from the strange popped man, it is also at the checkpoints that you can store and empty your bag for stuff, most of the stuff you find in Fragile is things that tells a background story of the game, so when you get to a checkpoint you get a little background story for each item you have found.
The game uses real time combat, where you ether use long range weapons or close combat weapons, the enemies in the game are mostly in groups, that mean that in most of the game you are fighting more than one enemy a once, some of the enemies have some fight patterns that you need to look into, like there is one kind of enemy that you only can hurt when it opens its eye.
The game controls with you pointing at the screen to ether point your flashlight at something, or to line up you long range shoots, you move seto with the analog stick, and you pick up items with the A bottom, and attack with the B bottom.

The game is only on the Nintendo Wii, which means that It isn't HD graphics, and many polygons, but when it comes to art, Fragile is like no other, one of the strongest things about this game is its art, if you like Japanese anime or manga, you will find yourself right at home in this games art.
But probably the biggest thing in Fragile is its story, it has some of the best story in a video game to date, and it's not just a good story, it's also a touching story that will make you fill sad at times, the story in Fragile is told in small bits, where in each bit you meet a new person, and at the end of the game you find out how all the bits comes together.
Fragile is a game that I can recommend to all that love good and emotional stories, people that love anime and/or manga, or people who would like to try something new and refreshing, but this game isn't all perfect, there are places in the game that take longer than they should, with means that some sequences starts to be a bit boring, another thing that's not all great with this game is its combat, its too simple and fills stiff a times, clearly not the greatest combat in a video game by today's standard.
But in the end, fragile makes up for this in story and in art, and fragile is in these one of the best on the marked.
