I have to say, I'm a huge fan of both RPG games and Harvest Moon games, so when I heard of this marriage between the two I was curious but after playing Rune Factory I realise that the mixture of the two makes a new and exciting series!

I have been waiting for this game for a long time and I have to say the wait has been worth it. I like the fact you can tame monsters and have them help you out with fighting and farm work. It's fun riding around on the back of a wolf enjoying the pretty scenery and exploring dungeons. The game has a more relaxed feel to it as well. I don't feel pressured to do anything. If I feel like spending some days exploring a cave I do. The rival system is much more relaxed too so there isn't the worry the girl your after is going to run off with someone else. A lot of girls have their own little proposal quests you can do (even if you don't want to marry them) so it's a good thing it's relaxed. Rune Factory is a lot of fun but be prepared to struggle at first.

This game is truly amazing. Fun, and creative, with beautiful artwork to back it up! This game combines everything you like from the Harvest Moon series games with elements of fantasy, and the result is spectacular. Once you start playing, you'll find that you won't be able to stop!

Just like in the other Harvest Moon titles, you are given characters with realistic personalities to talk to, make friends with, or even marry! There are also caves to explore, and in them are monsters to battle for experience points, or to befriend to help you out on your farm and with battling other monsters. Does that not sound fun?

If you purchase this game, you will definitely not regret it!

This game, Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon is in my opinion one of the best, if not the best Harvest Moon game to date.

It is fun and joyful. It is surprising to see that this game is an RPG and a Harvest Moon game. I was shocked when I had heard of it. If your a Harvest Moon fan or an RPG fan you be so addicted to this game, but of couse there are some people who hate Harvest Moon and you're a person that hates HM then it is unlikely that you will enjoy this game.

This game is a lovely twist to Harvest Moon but really it is a love-hate game. It just depends on your taste and for me it is so close to perfection!
