Bring a little peace and harmony into your life this Christmas by becoming an island farmer in the latest instalment of Harvest Moon, released across Europe on December 12th 2008 by Rising Star Games on Nintendo DS. And here's the best bit - for the first time on Nintendo DS, you can play Harvest Moon as either a boy or a girl!
Players find themselves stranded on a deserted island following a disaster at sea. From there, they must start from nothing to build a new life. By growing their own farm - taking care of their own crops and raising animals - players can make a fortune, find the love of their life, get married and even start a family.
The bright and colourful 3D graphics provide a visual feast, creating a lush idyll where players can experience the excitement and challenges of nurturing an expanding family, business and community. The enhanced stylus control scheme means that even inexperienced farmers can shape their own destiny. Players can perform farming actions such as seeding, digging and watering by pointing the stylus in combinations with the +Control Pad and buttons.
Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness, the second Harvest Moon game for Nintendo DS arrives in Europe on December 12th 2008.
We can hardly wait to get digging ourselves!

This year, Fragile - an emotional adventure like no other - is coming to Europe and Australia on Nintendo Wii.
